Laminate: Edge and corner designs

Single cove

Has a square front edge that is 1 ¼” thick.  Top of splash is also square.  Back splash height is 3 ½” from the top of the deck. 

Unique edge

Top is 1 ¼” thick with a laminate beveled front edge.  Any color laminate can be inlaid in the bevel.  The back splash can be post-form or self-edge.  In either case, the top of the splash is also beveled.  Beveled end caps are also available.

Post-form with waterfall edge

Has a 1 ½” front with a radius.  Back splash height is 3 1/8” from the top of the deck.

Self-edge

Has a square front edge that is 1 ½” thick.  Back splash is also square and is screwed on from the bottom of the deck.  Back splash is 4” high from the top of the deck.

Touch of oak

(Also available in cherry, hickory, maple, and ash and elder.)  Has a 1 ¼” solid wood front edge with an OGEE rout.  (Also available with a bevel rout.)  The wood is unfinished.  Back splash is post-form type and is 3 1/8” from the top of the deck.  Self-edge back splash is also available.

Touch of oak with laminate front

Same description as above except laminate is applied to front of wood.  A bevel rout is then made exposing 1/8” of wood.

Post-form with no-drip edge

Has a 1 1/8” raised front edge on a 1 ¼” deck.  Back splash height is 3 5/8” from the top of the deck.

Contemporary edge

Has 180° full radius front edge that is 1 ¾” thick.  Back splash is post-form, and is 3 1/8” high from the top of the deck.

Classical

Has ½” top and bottom radius separated by a flat face.  The front edge is 1 ½” thick.  Back splash is post-form and 3 5/8” high from the top of the deck.

Barcelona

Standard substrate is 3/4” industrial grade particleboard,
available in 8’, 10’ and 12’ lengths.

Valencia

Standard substrate is 3/4” industrial grade particleboard,
available in 8’, 10’ and 12’ lengths.
